The Peter Kirk PTSA is excited to provide engaging after school activities located right at Kirk as
soon as the school day ends! We partner with local organizations as well as Peter Kirk parents
to offer opportunities for students to explore various arts, languages, STEM, sports, and more
through these programs. If you have questions about the before and after school program or are
interested in running a parent-led class, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Kirk PTSA
enrichment chairs: BASP@PeterKirkPTSA.org.

Quick Facts:
- Sessions are typically around 10 weeks.
- A parent chaperone is required for each class to ensure there are two adults present at
all times and that students are where they are supposed to be and safe.
- Chaperones must be PTSA members and approved LWSD volunteers.
- Tuition is free for ONE student of each chaperone. If more than one adult volunteers to chaperone for a class, the waived tuition will be offered to the first person to register.
- Registration is done online through 6crickets.

Ball Hockey: NO ICE and NO SKATING required!  We are two local families (Kirk & Bell) that thought it would be a blast to bring BALL HOCKEY to elementary schools in the area.  We provide a fun and safe space where participants can learn about and explore the great game of hockey.  Each week, we’ll work on hockey skills like stickhandling, passing, or shooting, as well as spend time scrimmaging.  In the final class of the session, families are invited to join us 30-min before the end of class to watch their kiddos show off their new hockey skills through a fun set of team challenges.  T-shirt is included.  Please wear tennis shoes.  No open-toed, slip-on, or Croc-similar shoes allowed.

A great way to build confidence on stage!
